I ordered an Outdoor Hiking Sports Waist Backpack on 30 May. The order was acknowledged on 31 May, but as of 5 July, I still do not have the product, and they refuse to cancel the order and refund my money.

I have contacted the company five times, and each time, I receive a different reason for the delay and why they cannot refund my money. I firmly believe they have no intentions of delivering anything.
