Tried getting Sloan, kept getting the run around. Dan Smith promised me my money back that I had paid in to have the wire transfer and then for this and that, needless to say, they owe me more than the original loan. Even promised if the cancellation department did not send me my money he would pay out of pocket.

I had the same experience I've been trying to get a loan so when cash express said I qualified for a 5000 loan I was all for it only when I gave him Mt bank information they made several claims on my account I never knew about he calls me and says check your balance I had about 3100 in the bank I that cash express put it there he told me to withdraw the money and target gift cards he did it to me twice so not only did I lose my money because when you file fraud the bank puts the money back into your account until they investigate so I'm overdrawn by almost and I have pay back

I was offered the $5000 but it was no $ upfront. But instead $ was deposited into my account, I was the instructed to send the $ via zelle and cashapp bit coins, several of these transactions to boost my credit score and pay taxes etc. After 8 days of this back and forth and more than 5000 in transactions, I was sent another 950 after telling them that I wouldn't do another transaction. When they are didn't get me to make that 950 transaction they called with the promise of this is the last transaction and as soon as it's complete we will release your 5000. I've only spoken to one person until today named Chris and just now as I am typing this I get a call from him again with his financial manager who has the authority to release my 5000 in 20 minutes or less if I just send the 950 through bitcoins on cashapp once again!

His name was Ryan and he called me wanna know if I wanted to $5000 long I asked him if there was any money up front and he said no the next thing I know he was sending me to Walmart to get a to get a Google play card for a $100 I kept asking him why I have to pay that what's just the fee for the bank it's not to us it's not to my company then next time it was 300 next time it was 400 next time it was I289 to close the account they split the count into 2 so I had to pay 289 twice but he was fast with words and I would buy one card and he said I told you to buy 2 because there's 2 different accounts well no he didn't So in the end he finally got me for about $8000 I don't know if there's any way I can get it back he said if I don't complete the loan they will dump all my money and I don't know what that means dump it where dump it weird and who ends up with it asking for a refund can't do that so that was my experience with them beware

My experience was about the same only the guy that I dealt with his name was Ryan and the same thing go get gift cards go get gift cards and 1st you had to pay this then you had to pay that had to pay $289 for closing costs and since my loan was gonna be so called 20000 they had to split it into 2 groups so I had to pay 289 for each group far to be deposited I did all that now he wants another $100 he guarantees that I'll get the money they are scam artist and why I fell for this was unbelievably Terrible for me they should do something with these people they pray on you and they have a way of talking you into things so if you ever get your money Back let me know how you did i He got me for about $8000 I was like a drug once you got started you couldn't stop cause you kept thinking this is gonna be yet this is gonna be yet don't be fooled

Carolyn. I just received a call from USA cash express loans right before looking them up to see if they are really who they say they are. David right is who I spoken to said I was approved for a 5000.00 loan , go buy an eBay card load 150.00 on it. Call the whe I get to the store Walgreens or dollar general store, prove I’m able to afford this loan in good faith, and that within 5 minutes I will give them my routing and my bank account Information and they USA cash loans will deposit my 150.00 plus my 5000.00 loan into my account. After reading you all experiences I will block them from calling me and I won’t give them access to my banking account. Thanks.

I just got a call from USA Cash express telling me I was approved for $5000. He told me to go get an EBay gift card wit &150 and I will get the 5000 +the 150 within 5 minutes. The guys name I talked to is Alex and this is what he told me to do.

I applied for a loan online. I called USA Cash Express 1-786-372-7832. I talk to the only guy who picks up the phone, Daniel or something like that. I can't understand him for his accent. He offered me a $6,000 loan for $300. I paid him w/an eBay gift card which I bought from Krogers or Family Dollar Store. I read him the security numbers off the backs of the cards. Then I asked for an $11,000 loan, and he said it was no problem, but I had to come up with $400. He warned me the clerks would ask too many questions, and just to tell them I was buying the cards for a friend. But I screwed up at Krogers and told the clerk I was getting a loan, so she refused to sell me the card, she told me it was a scam. So I went to Family Dollar and lied to them. I said I was buyng the cards for a friend. I've lost about $1,100. He is calling me for another $400. He says it is to cover the taxes.

Message through a voicemail and I called. The loan Officer said was approved For $5000 and loan terms 36 months at $150 a month. Sends Documentation a Loan Confirmation through email. Then call back to verify he then states you need to get an eBay gift card for $150 sends me text of a pic of it. So I did. Then puts me on hold comes back and says there was an error in the system when transferring funds you need more to make your Credit Score go up and we will reimburse you with the 5000. On Hold again then comes back and says you need to pay taxes $395 and states you can get 2 eBay cards for $ 200= 400 on hold again comes back says I’m good now we will transfer funds and you will see them in your account within the hr or by 8:30 am the next Morning. So of course next Morning nothing. They tried to call me missed the call and Texted me I told them no funds he said let me check and the got back to me Then I get

On these documents we need to get the signatures from two different attorneys

And they are charging $450.00 for the signatures.

Absolutely not want me to pay 1200 to get a 5000 loan. So I say I want out and Get reimbursed for what I put out but in order to cancel because the the loan got released from the company and no funds were given out and its now in “idle status” So I would have to get/hire an Attorney and have them call and cancel the loan to get money. He states had a verbal agreement I could understand him either Haitian or Indian sounds like he said I still may have to pay the loan even though I did not receive any funds at all. there’s was nothing signed. Communication was phone text and emails. I need to report this And to who

I recieved a voicemail saying inwas approved for a loan of $5,000. I called back two days later because a family emergency happened an when i called back he said i had to basically secure a down payment saying i can afford it. Then after that it was,I needed to put a temporary fix on two credit bureaus, an then state taxes to wire it to my account then another state taxes becuace he couldnt get it wired an i was in georgia so a thats He is still trying to get ahold of me and to use Target cards this time.

My experience was almost exactly the same. I am going to contact Ebay. These con artists have to have some kind of account with eBay in order to cash these gift cards. I am also going to contact my bank and have them block any transactions from USA Cash Express. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau of Florida and report the company. I live in Missouri however I also plan to contact attorneys in Florida to find one who will take on my case pro bono in order to get my money back. I plan to file civil suit against the company and will be asking for restitution as well as pain and suffering. Juries like to award large sums to victims of scams like these. If there are any other victims of this scam who would be willing to join me in this fight, please let me know.

My mom just got scammed out of $1200, trying to get a $5000 loan they said she needed to get gift cards inorder to get her credit rating higher, she did not consult with me first, because I know for a fact if anyone asks for gift cards it's a scam, and now she is out $1200, i I have no idea what to do, I don't think there is anything that can be done.
