I got a call from the president of the company asking if I could come in and start right which wasn't a huge issue. I was trained by the regional manager for whole 15 minutes to run a store in my own. Also not a huge deal. I never filled out any paperwork for a W2 but they did have me fill out a independent contractor form but had the audacity to tell me what hours to work. I brought my girlfriend in to help me run the store. From June 29-4 we were working 15 hour days with an additional hour drive home. Then it dropped down to 10 hour days. When they call you they say it's 2,000$ guaranteed. Which you're supposed to receive after final inventory. Well it's been three weeks and I have yet to get paid. The number listed no one answers. When we did get through to the president as soon as I said my name he hung up on me. So my girlfriend started to research into them. There is several complaints on Indeed.com where I applied for the job. Also a number of complaints on ReportScams.com. This company also violates safety laws and practices. They use product that 2-3 years old that doesn't ignite or explodes. We had bought our son some fireworks and the artillery shells exploded in the tubes. They have also lied to fire Marshalls about how much gun powder is in the store and let their occupancy paperwork expire without calling to have it renewed. Not only did we lose out on the two thousand that doesn't even begin to cover the amount of gas we used to go back forth, food, and our time.
