TOTAL SCAM

I have ordered a donna stroller, and I got a massage that my order will be processed in the next few business days, I have wait a few weeks and never got further information such as tracking number etc., I have emailed them several times, and did never got a response. AND I'M STILL WAITING ON THAT, STAY AWAY FROM USA HEIGHTES THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

Purchased a Nuna Rava for $100 less than anywhere else on the market. Called / emailed several times and go no response back. Will dispute the charge through my credit card.

Scam Artist

Made a $494.10 purchase via the USA Heights website. Since that time I have not received any communication regarding shipment date or tracking number. Have made repeated attempts via email to their customer service address. No one ever responds. Tried calling their company phone number. Each time my call is rejected. After all of these attempts, I decided to do some research to find out more about USA Heights. Unfortunately the information I found is not good. There are other customers that are in the same situation as myself. Additionally, I entered the USA Heights business address and discovered that address is a FedEx shipping center. Scam artists at work here. Buyers beware.

On 3 Feb 2022 I ordered a Dyson vacuum since it was $100 less than other sites. An hour later I found that Dyson sets the price and does not allow discounts.

Within 90 minutes of ordering, I called, no OGM just a beep. Left a message asking to cancel order. Sent a text to the same number asking to cancel.

Received an email confirming my purchase. Replied and copied their support email asking to cancel.

The next day, I received and email from someone who said they were the owner welcoming me. Replied asking to cancel order.

No reply from the company to all.

10 Feb 2022 the charge posted to my credit and I was able to dispute the charge. I also received an email that my credit card had been used to charge $1,400 at HELZBERG DIAMOND asking if it was fraud. I told them it was fraud and they immediately cancelled my card.

Obviously, this is a phishing site.

I bought an AC unit from this company in early June, i never received a tracking number for the delivery so I reached out. I was sent a long email that they were behind on shipments, and would receive my item by the end of the week. I called the number- its a text free number and i reached out again and have not gotten an update from them since the initial email back.

On 5/22/21, I ordered and paid for a floor air conditioner that you can plug in and use in any room without having to vent it outdoors.

I received an email from USA Heights saying that the order was received and that I would be contacted with shipping information, tracking number, etc. when the order is ready.

Today is 1 month from the date that I ordered and paid for the unit and I have received NO return emails or calls from the company.

The phone goes to an automated voice system, the emails are not responded to and on the company website it says "we return

all phone and emails within 24 hours". I have left 10 voice messages and send 10 emails, and have received ZERO response.

100% dissatisfied and 100% a fraudulent company. STAY AWAY.
