I have received several calls over the past week from 2 different numbers claiming that I have won $25 Million dollars and a Mercedes Benz car as winner of a lottery that took place in Alberta, Canada. Even though the caller is from Michigan. He said in order to ensure my name is secured for the payment between provinces, I need to send a bank draft or money order for $25.

I called PCH and they said I have not won anything. I told the caller, the next time he called, that it is a scam and he said, it is not through PCH then sent me the attached letter. He insisted this is not a scam.

He is continuing to call multiple times a day, even though I have blocked both phone numbers. He is now calling from a private line that I cannot block so I just do not answer. He says his name is Jack Tabak
