This website mimics an official government website for the renewal of passports. You enter all personal identifiable information and pay $90 under the impression you are paying for the passport book/card, when in fact you are paying for the application which is FREE on government websites. They scam customers out of money and store personal info including DOB, SSN, name, parents’ info, etc.

Searched online to order U.S. passport & directed to this scam site that apparently charges $90 to send you a completed U.S. passport application that is otherwise free! I assumed all of the personal application information I entered and fee paid was to order a passport online until I rcvd the confirmation email, after providing my credit card information, stating I could now download all the necessary forms for print and submission with the required fees which I had assumed is what usa-passport.com already charged me for. I did not download their "package" which is supposedly what I paid $90 for so no, I have not received any of their "services" for which they charged my card $90 and will dispute the charge once it posts as well as go through the hassles of a credit "freeze" with the proper agencies. Their response to my email complaint was that they are "state department approved" & their website states in several places as well as in the T&C Agreement that they are not a government agency and only provide "assistance service" but as you can see from others here and also on reddit, users have had their personal info used for nefarious purposes & illegal credit fraud. Why are these scammers allowed to continue with so many being scammed and reported?

This website claims to help people apply for a passport, allowing them to take ALL of your information. I am assuming I even provided my 17 year old daughter's social security number. Recently we received a declined attempt to open a Bank of America card which prompted my call to Passport Services where it was discovered they never received an application at all.
