I replied no, assuming it was a scammer already because this isn’t how my bank does fraud alerts. Googled it and found the info here from other people. Couple minutes later got a call from my bank’s fraud department phone number and the guy said he was with my bank’s fraud department and had my name and address.

I texted No - but in the mean time I am chatting with USAA immediately about this and they see no issue - while I am chatting - ironically they call right when I reply no via text - I get call from 1-800-531-8722 which is a USAA number - I answer, the dude (who's name when I google the phone number 1-239-745-7025)

He proceeds to stumble on his words for a sec saying he is calling from USSC ...A, I hang up, the USAA rep I am chatting with - says someone maybe spoofing the USAA number. I texted him back - That I reported him and a few other things and he proceeds to tell me and I quote "I will be at your home address (texting my home address) ** **** *** **** ***** *** **** I didn't check my phone for a couple of hours but then I texted back - Calling the Police right now
