I bought an Ultra 900 watch through this company, which in its description and videos showed that it was waterproof. It was not, as it was completely destroyed upon contact with water. I made the claim to them and they began to tell me that they were offering me a 20% discount if I kept the watch. They refuse to send me a return label and to refund my money and offer me more discounts for something that I asked to return because it does not work.
