Paid for shirts from USAFaithFamily.com but they won't provide a return address.
The shirts did not fit properly therefore, I wanted to return them. When I contacted the company via email at [email protected], they continuallly, for months, failed to provide a return address. Instead, they wanted to barter and give me a reduced cost for the shirts. After arguing with them for weeks, I simply asked for their corporate office address and the name of their CEO so I could file a complaint. They still refused to provide it! I called the main PayPal number and since it was longer than their return window policy, they wouldn't help me; not even an address for the company.
Since I am a retired law envforcement officer it leads me to believe this is NOT a legitmate company and I would like to hold them accountable and hopefully prevent them from doing business with others like this. Thank you most kindly!
