Type of a scam Scholarship
The claim is that once they have credit the consumer of the $29.95 a month, he or she cannot have his or her money returned for services he has not used. Usagrants requires that applicants who have not used their services but still charged their credit card account that they have to "write a fake grant to receive a denial letter". Once the fake grant proposal has been denied, they are to send the denial letter to usagrantsapplication for a refund for services the applicants have not used.
This has cost me almost me nearly a hundred dollars (and to others more) because we are required to write a proposals for grants we have no interest in taking.
