I applied for a 3000 loan and they said I was approved gave my bank info for deposit and then and the end they wanted to deposit the funds for the fee and then pay it back using cash app. I said i dint feel like this was legit and he told me to think it over and I hung up

the scammer kept calling my phone while I was at work when I didn't reply they started texting me asking me to call them and when I got off work I called them none of them spoke English very well, but they said I was approved for 5000 loan but in order for me to get the loan they would need my bank info for make the deposit and they would send me 974 dollars then I would have to send it back to them then 5 min after that I would get 5ooo and they also said if anybody called me about the money and asked me where I got it from to say nothing and to block them and when I blocked there number they started calling me from all kinds of numbers then I got an email today with the documents they wanted me to sign and send back

Person tried to apply for a loan and wasnt aware of criteria needed. Person gave all her personal information including banking info thinking loan was real. Scammers deposited fake checks to her account and then asked her ti withdrawal the money and send it to them. She refused, but the scammers had access to her account and withdrew the deposited money and then an additional $2031. Scammers now claim they will charge back her social security to take more money from her.

This is copy/pasted directly from the texts I’m receiving after signing a loan agreement with them: “So now it's necessary to protect costumer and lender's so with this loan we will provide you insurance which is free cost you don't need to pay any money to get this insurance because we understand that you don't have money that's reason you need loan, And we are provide you this insurance free of cost you no need to pay anything am I clear? And our company is afflicted with FDIC Federal deposit insurance corporation so you no need to worry about anything ! All you need to do is you need time activate the insurance from your side because you're the costumer, we can not directly activate the insurance because you're the loan receiver okay, So now what we gonna do is with in 2 hour we are going to make 2 deposit the first deposit will be your insurance amount and the 2nd deposit that's your loan amount , when you receive the insurance money in the first deposit you just need to pay

To insurance company and activate the insurance. Once you activate the insurance once you pay the money to insurance company at the same moment we gonna make a second deposit which is your loan amount!”

After telling them that I am not comfortable with this transaction and I will not agree to it, I’m getting these messages: “As we are not asking you any money all you just need to activate the insurance to protect this loan

We will give you the information where you can send the money. And also you will review the letter from FDIC , Once you activate on the same time you will receive the peperwork You have good reason to make trust on us you check loan contract, you see our website and even we are not asking you for any type of money! Give us chance mam you will have your Loan money today itself and you have good reason to make trust on us as well as insurance it's for your protection and for our security.

I told him to send me information about the insurance: “ You need agreement for Insurance? I will give you that also but it's take time ? And might be its not authority of accounting team!”

I told him to send me information or stop contacting me: “ If you want I can arrange call you can talk to them because until you not activate the insurance how you recived something. I'll send you peperwork. Give me 30 minutes”

I left all misspelled words as they were. It has been an hour, and I haven’t heard anything else from “Alfie”.

Checked the website and it’s riddled with poor grammar, and has no security built in with the site. Any reputable site - especially a lending company would have these securities in place. Their home page legit has a form where you fill out your banking info - something that is incredibly dangerous to ask without the proper proof of security of that information being stored and identity protected. I’ve attached the loan “agreement” they sent - with the wrong date, and no other language specifically identifying accountability between lender and lendee. No credit check or protection for the lender is highly suspect.

They wanted to pay my 'loan fees' because of a low credit score. They wanted to cash app me money to then pay my 'loan fees' to the 'private lender'. In the beginning there was no 'loan fees'. I noticed that so man words were spelled wrong in my offer letter and on their website. I'm sure they've erased all trace of themselves by now.

Actually, I just got a text from them today that I was approved for a loan mind I’ve been turned down by about 50 other loan companies recently so for this one to be true a $2000 cash loan at $92 a month without a credit check, I said not sure that this is real and he said oh no, you got loan ….Right right, right, right this says scam all over it
