Type of a scam Online Purchase
We exchanged very flowery, wonderful e-mails until the day I was to send the 750.00 payment for the dog (650+100 shipping). He had told me to elect the "Friends and family " option on PayPal when paying. The only reason I was even considering this online purchase of a puppy from a stranger was because of the purchase protection plan offered by PayPal. Well. When I looked into it carefully, THEY DO NOT HONOR IT IF YOU BUY YOUR ITEM THROUGH THE FRIENDS & FAMILY SETTING!! I explained it to him and he ignored me and continued to insist that I use it. To the point that it broke down the sale: his words were something like: "if you aren't comfortable, there are many other breeders." All I can conclude is that he was a scam. There are so many!!! I just don't want anyone else to get caught off-guard by his adorable pictures.
