I ordered a pair of ugg boots 3 months ago. They never came so I tried to have my money refunded. Found out they aren’t even based out of the USA. I keep emailing them and they either don’t respond or keep telling me to check with my post office. They did send me a tracking number but all it has said is arrived in the us. I paid 70$ for them. I can’t find a telephone number or anything else associated with the website.
