I was forwarding mail to a permanent address and was asked to provide debit/credit card information. I used both forms of payment without being provided the fee amount, which should have been a red flag, however I would never think that the USPS' website would or could be imitated. Fortunately, the transaction didn't go through. I am still extremely concerned that I filled in the application with vital information.
