Through Facebook, my niece contacted me said she got $20,000 from The Homecare and Family Support Grant Program US Government Principal agency for protecting health of all Americans and providing substantial Human services, esp for those least able to help themselves. I asked my niece to call me. She said she was using her tablet because her phone was broken. She said I should apply to the Free Government Grant through Mr. Brownie by text. He replied: "All right I will explain to you details of program before I will send you the form to fill out. Get you registered to apply ok". He sent a form for my name, address, dob, sex, nationality, marriage and employment status, phone, email, monthly income and a copy of my drivers license. After I returned everything. He replied: "Congratulations you have been approved for a sum of $40,000 your approved grant will be delivered to upon the completing to the process once again congrats". Then he said: "Before we proceed to the delivery section, are you aware of the delivery fee. He said you have to send $400 in the mail to the delivery man to insure the delivery today. She didn't reply at first. I contacted my niece and asked her if I could borrow $400, but she replied saying she had invested all of her money. He asked if there was a bitcoin ATM near me. I said I'm not aware of a bitcoin ATM. He told me to Google it and let him know when I could send the money through the bitcoin ATM. Then she got an IM which said: "What is the meaning of your silence? Should I cancel your grant?" Then he sent a picture of my house. Then he said: "You're playing with the management. Stay safe. Have a nice day." My partner and I responded separately to the IM. We did not have the money and were going to borrow it.
