After seeing an ad on Facebook I ordered two pieces of luggage on May 18, 2024. I received a confirmation number of 1703, and my credit card was charged. I have reached out to the company several times and they now do not respond and the tracking number does not work. I sent another complaint to the company this morning only to receive an email from a totally different company with an email address of **************m. I really feel that this is a scam.

Ordered what I thought was luggage from QVC. $48.00, received a tracking number from China after 1 month it said delivered to addressee. Not sure who or where that is, as I DID NOT get it and now the website and email address is obsolete. I'm out $48

There was an ad on Facebook for luggage. It used the QVC logo on the site you ordered from and claimed the merchandise was shipped from California. I inquired several time about when I was going to receive my package. They even provided a tracking number from China. I ultimately received a small plastic package with a business card sized item that said Merry Christmas and Happy Nee Year.

Same exact thing happened to me. Was so excited about this suitcase too. I fkn hate scammers
