On 04/02/2024, I sent an email back below:
I checked my bank account and you have received the money,When can the electric bike be delivered to me?
On 04/04/2024, I sent an email back again below:
You have already collected the money from my bank account on 03/30,You also asked me to provide photos of my ID and credit card,You promised that the delivery time would be 5-7 days,But you have not sent me the E-bike yet,This is a complete fraud? I need your immediate response, whether to refund me or send me the bike,Otherwise, I will take legal action?
