I purchased an online AI service from use.ai and paid the $100 annual subscription fee. When I attempted to contact the company because I was not provided with a receipt or login credentials, I received the same canned chatbot response repeatedly. Also, there is no additional information anywhere to contact them.

The website offered a $1 weekly trial of using the website for ai (picture generation, etc). Then I was automatically switched to a monthly trial. Even though I canceled the new "subscription" it was already charged. There is no phone number to contact on the website and all of the online info lays out that fine print had the information. It was buried and concealed in terms of use. This is a filthy scam business and people should be warned.
