Took an unnecessary down payment for $3000 claiming it as a requirement of the bank, charged 2000.00 for a service contract that they said was required by the bank and it was not, charged over 1000.00 in other frivolous fees then threatened to repo the car if I didn't pay an extra $1000.00 and that they wouldn't submit the paperwork from their end and repo the car and charge me to pay the tow fee plus .52 cents per mile then had the car repossessed the following day illegally.
