I'm a resident of Sheboygan, WI. Zip code 53081. I paid for a car (a Ford Concord EX-L) by Bit Coin (through the company Coin Flip) on Tuesday, March 26th to a company claiming to be Ebay through a private seller (Alisia B. Johnson) after we agreed on the amount of $2400 for the car. She claimed she was recovering from surgery and that she made arrangements with the company Ebay to deliver the car on her behalf, the car never arrived even though I have a bill of sale. I contacted the seller and she said I was to follow the instructions from Ebay for the delivery of the car. There were no directions given about the delivery of the car, just that it would take an estimated 3 - 5 days for delivery. The car never came. After I told the seller that I paid in full through Bit Coin (Supposedly Ebay's preferred payment method - in which I found out was not true), she ignored any further contact from me. The actual Ebay company said they don't go through private sellers to sell cars, they also said the site claiming to be Ebay wasn't them and that I have been scammed.I went to the police department in Sheboygan April 3rd and made a report. They said Coin Bit is not traceable and that they are unable to help me.
