I received a phone call on my cell phone which when I looked at my cell phone it came up with my name as the caller which was false!!

I cannot call myself..

This was the second time the person called. It was a female voice saying I committed fraud without details - just that I was going to be reported to the authorities.

I need to know how to block fraud callers who can use my name as the caller when they call me masking their phone number by showing my cell phone number.

I am afraid that my name will be used to create fraud on someone else and I will be cited as the person committing the fraud! I am a US citizen and have never been arrested or done any fraud.
