Each time I reached out, they repeatedly stalled with false assurances, such as, ‘The money has left our account and will arrive soon.’ To clarify the situation, I contacted Stripe, the payment processor. Stripe informed me that the refund was never initiated because the company's account does not have sufficient funds.
I believe I am being misled and request a resolution to receive my refund as promised. I have all communications, payment receipts, and Stripe’s confirmation to support my claim."
