I received postal mail with heading from USPS stating COA (change of address) and mentioned link “https://moversguide.usps.com” to request for change of address. I thought mail is from USPS and updated the address on the website and they immediately deducted $179.95 from my credit card. I have reached on their website to refund my amount but no response. Website is http://www.useusmail.live/
