Received phone call from foreign speaking lady who asked for me by my name. then she began to inform me that I had been selected to receive a 9,000 dollar federal government grant detailing all the things i could use the money for. I was then asked where I would like to pick it up, and I told her I was in a wheelchair(I'm not)and she would have to mail it to me, then she hung up.
