Ordered bicycle, paid using Paypal, order # provided by usfitwear.com is not vaild according to Paypal. Have transaction ID and Invoice with PayPal but the do not seem to be able to help. Usfitwear website says I don't have a valid account. The charge is on my credit card as services. The phone # listed is busy all the time. This is a scam.

Ordered 2 boat trailer tires from usfitwear.com paid w debit card,received invoice with items purchased listed as warmeck027vw0ly (nonsense), PayPal has the name of individual as Tianyu Huang , with contact info as [email protected] tracking info received( ups) delivery stated to be 5/1. Nothing ever delivered, contacted ups, stated that tracking number was delivered (hard to miss tires). Went online and found many (hundreds) of complaints with same problem. PayPal doesn’t refund even though dispute is filed because seller provides tracking numbers that are real just not the item or place it was supposed to go. PayPal is aware of the fraud being perpetrated but won’t do anything about it. All efforts at contact with seller/business went unanswered. Pic of tires not received . Turns out business address is fake, zero social media presence even though there are fake buttons to make you think there is. I eventually found out about the fraud thru www.sabireviews.com/usfitwear-reviews. It is all documented there. I unfortunately didn’t look up the company or check if there were fraud claims. Buyer BEWARE! You will lose your money.

I saw a Google sponsored post for a good priced mountain bike one. I went to the website and made the purchase, Paypal was the only payment method. When I saw the transaction name (in Chinese) didn't match the website and the product description said "Purchase details - ournone i23zk95e" a red flag went up and I immediately tried to contact them to cancel the order. I also realized that when prompted to pay, I DID NOT log in to my Paypal account.I never received ANY email correspondence, no order confirmation, nothing. I have sent them several emails both to their Paypal email and the one on the website with no response. The number listed on their website is constantly busy. I immediately opened a dispute with Paypal, which was denied. When I requested shipping info, they supplied a tracking # 14 days after order date and 5 days after its supposed delivery. When tracked with UPS I was told it was a shipment from Amazon.com and it was not shipped/addressed or delivered to me. Upon searching in the Paypal Community, I realized the scope of this situation and the amount of other people who have fallen victim to the same scam. I can't get a hold of the seller, Paypal says everything is fine, yet I'm out $91.99 and I don't have a bike to ride with my daughters.

I ordered a Little Tykes swing set from USfitwear for $98.99. They sent me a fake UPS tracking number. I contacted UPS and they said my tracking number is not mine and the item was purchased through Amazon. I contacted Paypal and they denied my claim as the seller USfitwear provided them a correct tracking number. So not true!! I really wish that someone of legal authority will track these people down and shut them down immediately!! Scammed in New Hampshire

purchased with paypal

item never shipped . when questioned by paypal seller sends a tracking number for an item shipped via UPS that weighed only 40oz (probably a envelope). item i purchased weighs about 15 lbs based on manufacturer information. item was sent to an unknown address with unknown recepient name now UPS wont give me any info citing Privacy concerns since i am not liste d as the recipient and my address doesnt match delivery address. Paypal wont help they say WE HAVE VALID TRACKING AND DELIVERY information !!! WTF

They sell products that show up in Google for shopping but they don't exist. They run the transaction through PayPal and then immediately mark the item as shipped without putting a tracking number in so then PayPal grants them payment. Nothing is ever shipped. If you Google this company you will see they have been scamming people for a while now.

The address and phone I provided above seem to be fake. The Alabama address was likely used by the scam artist as a fake. That might be someone's actual residence unrelated to the scammer.

I purchased this item:*********************Which was never delivered.

The first indication of fraud was that the PayPal address is Chinese. And I never received any emails from the seller, either during the sale or afterwards.

I filed a case with PayPal, but it was closed because the seller provided a tracking number.

I didn’t receive anything, and UPS says that a claim is not possible on this shipment. Which is another indication of fraud. It seems the tracking number is falsified somehow.

I ordered a pressure cooker two weeks ago from Usfitwear. After a week I thought it was funny a fitness website would sell such an item and upon investigation discovered there were not items like this associated with the website. I investigated further and discovered others had similar experiences. I will except the lose and move on but I want to do my part to warm people. Please take these people out of the online business world.

On 4/25/2020 I purchased a Batman carseat from USFITWEAR, for what appeared to be a great price at $77; as most sites were selling it for $100+ and it was out of stock. When I completed payment for the item via PayPal, I immediately became concerned that I had been scammed as the receipt showed that payment was to some entity listed in Chinese letters. I did a bit of research on the site, and soon realized that I was unable to locate the carseat on the website, as I had originally accessed it via an ad that popped up in my Google search. I then discovered the physical address of the company is associated with a home in North AL and others had reported being scammed by this company. It also seemed odd that I never received any confirmation email from USFITWEAR of my purchase or shipping information. Within 15 minutes of my purchase, I emailed USFITWEAR at the listed address on their site, expressing my concerns and a request for the order to be canceled and a refund. I also filed a complaint with PayPal. They launched and "investigation", but soon closed the case siding with USFITWEAR, due to the company providing PayPal with a random UPS tracking number. The UPS tracking number showed that a product was delivered to a neighboring city to where I live, was delivered to an office building, and weighed 1.2 lbs. Even after informing PayPal of these descrepencies, and pointing out that the carseat I ordered weight over 15 lbs, PayPal requested that I provided them with an "Intranet Form" from UPS that allegedly shows a detailed printout of the physical address of delivery associated with this tracking number. After spending two days trying to get this information from UPS, them having no clue what an "Intranet form" is and UPS not being able to give me a physical address due to privacy issues, PayPal's only recommendation was to contact my credit card and file a dispute. I even provided PayPal with the ScamPulse.com report regarding this website scamming people, and they still would not overturn their decision to allow the company to keep my money!! Buyer beware. As you can guess, I have still not heard from USFITWEAR, received my child's carseat, nor have I received a refund from PayPal!

I initially was searching google for a product when I found it incredibly cheap and of course went for it. I used PayPal as I thought they would have my back if it was a scam but of course they didn’t. I never received the package so I opened a dispute with PayPal, only to have it denied because the seller gave them a bogus tracking number that wasn’t even for me. I was then in contact with UPS who has been trying to help me as much as possible and is the one who informed me of the scam. I am still battling with PayPal to get my money back.

Online order for a seat weighing 23 lbs. PayPal purchase (preferred by me). Immediate confirmation from PayPal showed Chinese-looking characters and odd email. Emailed to cancel order and make refund. No response. A week goes by with no response, then PayPal send tracking number which shows delivers 3 days prior. Since o never left house for the week and home that delivery day, seems bogus. UPS info shows package was 7 lbs (not 23), and notably fast. Chasing UPS, PayPal and credit card for info. Deeper research on internet shows a recent pattern.

This website is a complete scam, they would show a phony tracking number to some place in the same city, but different address, where Paypal will side with the business since the package was "delivered".

We ordered a bicycle, and 5 days later, something was delivered, weighting 0.6lb, to some address different than ours, still trying to get our money from Paypal.

Do not purchase from this website, it is a complete scam.

I bought a bike for my daughter. I never received a confirmation and I felt it was a fishy transaction. I called the number, it doesn't work, I email them and it didn't work. I found on this website that usfitwear has been under the ScamPulse.com eye because of fraudulent transactions as well.

I was searching online for a Moccamaster Coffee maker and clicked on the website for usfitwear.com as they showed the lowest price $99.98. I used Pay Pal to for the purchase. I never received any confirmation of the order from the merchant and did not receive the coffee maker. In researching I found out that this is a fraud website and others have also been victims. The address being used by the company is also a fraud address. The phone number on the website also not legit as it gets a constant busy. I have disputed the charge with both pay pal and my credit card. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC (ftc.gov) and also with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (https://ic3.gov).

USFITWEAR had the cheapest price on an item I was looking for on Google shopping. They only accepted payment through PayPal, so I felt halfway confident about ordering from them. Two days after I ordered I received a fake tracking number from them through PayPal that said my item had been deliverd. That tracking number had the name and address of a lady down the street from me who had never ordered anything from USFITWEAR. Needless to say, because there was a tracking number that claimed delivery, it's been very difficult to get PayPal to do anything about it after two weeks.
