This address (6804 NE 79th Ct, # 583258 Portland, OR 97218-2856) was used to hijack my personal ebay and paypal account. I just realized that my primary address was changed to this Oregon address so they can steal my packages. I live in WV, not OR!!!!!!!! I googled it to find out where my missing packages have been delivered!!!!! TOTALLY ILLEGAL!!! PNC is going to love getting their hands on these losers.
