I purchased an item for my daughter. The purchase date was July 19 and they charged me the same day. Had to keep emailing them and kept getting it’s on it’s way and oh sorry we will get it to you soon. Finally a package arrived and it wasn’t what I ordered. Contacted them again and haven’t heard back from them.

I ordered a quilt from usgoodgear via the internet back in August of 2018, the money was taken out of my bank account on 8/21/2018. I reached out to support on the 7th of September because I had not heard anything from company. This is the message I received,

Your product is currently in transit to the destination.

Normally, the estimated delivery time of an order is around 12 - 20 days.

However, factors such as logistics and weather may have an impact on delivery time, too.

Thanks for contacting us when you have concerns.

Don't hesitate to email us if you have any further questions.

Website offers clothing and other household items. Items never ship but they take your money.

I ordered items from the website in total it was $198.30. I never received my items. This company is a scam. They have taken down the facebook page and will not answer any emails. There is also no phone number listed on the site.

I purchased an item. They took my money and never sent my item. Looking back at there website if you choose standard shipping...which you still pay for. You aren't given a tracking number and it says that there is a chance it might not make it to the destination, and they aren't responsible for that.

bought tshirts thru a facebook ad on July 19th. had no problem taking my money but still have not recieved product. made several attempts to contact them with the only response being that they need more time to ship. they have changed their website numerous times since all the complaints have started. no i can't track my order and i get an autogenerated email response. have demanded my money back several times.

Ordered from this online “retailer” on July 12th. I put retailer in quotes because I think in order to be called a retailer you actually have to sell something. This website only takes your money; you will not actually receive the products you pay for. I’ve initiated contact multiple timea and have received the same cookie-cutter responses others have mentioned. Unexpectedly high order volume, problems with shipping provider, etc. Two very straightforward requests for a tracking number have gone ignored. The people who respond to emails act as through the shipping company has gone rogue and refuses to share tracking info with them. It’s ridiculous. I’m initiating a complaint with PayPal.

This website acts like it has items to sell and when you buy something they just keep the money and don’t send anything. They had a Facebook account but deleted it. I wrote them a msssage and it was blocked and multiple people commented on fb that they did not get their items they had purchased. I spent 14.99 for a T-shirt and never received it. Please shut them down

I ordered a tshirt from this company which has never arrived. I have sent many emails and Facebook messages and I always seem to get some automated response. Never any real person to chat with. The responses just always say that my order will arrive soon. If you leave a response on their Facebook page, it's just deleted if it's negative.
