English Bull dog puppies listed for $400. Contacted through Pet Finders. Received text from this number (501)438-9067, which they called themselves *** *** *** *** from Portland, Oregon. He explained how the payment would go to the shipper and that all he wanted was for the puppies to go to a good home. He sent me different poses of the same puppy. I looked their names up from Portland, Oregon and it looked letitimate. Then he suggested a shipper name, because I didn't know one. He said Uship. I looked them up and they looked legitimate. So, I proceeded with the buying of the puppy. I sent them $450, via money gram to *** ***, Baltimore, MD. Once the money was confirmed. They they proceeded with saying the puppy was at the vet. to be checked out The next I received was a letter via email from UshipperPetcarrier
