I ordered a papillon puppy from a man in Colorado springs and he told us the puppy would be shipped to us thru ushippuppysdelivery they contacted us saying they needed a money gram for the puppy before shipping needing it in a money gram so we sent them the 500 dollars they then sent me another email saying they needed an extra 800 for a special crate as the one the breeder gave them would not be sufficient, I refused to pay this and asked for my money back and they said they would have to keep 150 .for their troubles. I refused this as there was nothing in the emails talking about a charge for refunding the money they then stop accepting my phone calls texts and emails I found a site on line showing they are a scam I am beside myself over this situation how dare people take advantage of others who just want to give a forever home to a puppy for them to find out there is no puppy at all also the man that I contacted in the begging name is larry and his phone number is 7205833847
