I bought an item on this website, paid through paypall and never received anything from them. On their website it says 24/7 service and I keep emailing them and calling them on the phone nr from their website and nothing.

Same story, bought a baby bath tub on their website and no updates no nothing from them. I keep calling them and no answer.

I placed an order through this companies online website. I ordered a HoMedics Folding Chair For Massage Cushions in Black. The money was removed out of my account the following day $74.99. I never recieved any correspondence with the company after placing the intial order and never received my product. I tried calling the number that is on the companies website and it rings and rings and then it says i am sorry the person you are trying to reach has a voice mail box that is not set up yet, please try your call again later. No matter how many times you call you get the same message. The compaines address is listed on their website as 3548 Foxcroft Path, Bryan, TX 77808. The phone number is listed as 1-707-951-5328 (which is a California number). The money was pulled out of my account by a Tu Van. Beware of this company!

I bought a sun woodchipper for $80.00 on Sept 5th from www.ushopii.com. I paid via paypal on the 5th. After 3 days of no email to confirm my purchase. I tried by phone and both emails several times with no response.I filed a claim with paypal and I hope paypal can get my money back.On paypal it said the money went to this email [email protected]. But as I looked into it further it says seller info was Hoang Hoai Nam. I have emailed them 9 times and called the phone over 20 times. They stated on their website they have 24/7 customer help. I am 100% positive the whole website is a scam. I hope that this complaint will shut them down. I can't imagine what would have happened if I paid with my debt card.
