Rep from this company called to try to get us to purchase from them when we declined they offered complimentary toners to try their product we received two towners with an invoice of $0. Couple weeks later we received a billing statement of $173. Our office manager called to let them know they were samples and we didn't agree to purchase anything, they said someone would contact us. Karen called our office and asked to talk to front office and stated she had a message that there was an issue we let her know we received a billing for our free cartridges Karen stated that they were never free that they are invoiced to our office and it was outlined in the email (that we never received) and they never offer anything for free. Asked to speak to a manager, manager would not give us his name and said the same thing as karen said that nothing is free and he stated he can't get good help even with paying them $25 an hour and he refers to his staff as "his girls". Said we can return the cartridges we let him know we disposed of one due to it being defective and he said we would have to pay for it or send him any other cartridge. Asked for our email for a label and they said it could take two weeks to get one. After calling and complaining we received the email 30 minutes later.
