His phone number ID says he's in Texas, and the website says ships from US, but he had me send the money to India. Western Union confirms that he picked it up. His name is Rajneesh Kumar. After I told him in text message that I didn't get the Fedex tracking number he tried to get me to send the same amount again and claimed that within 24 hours the first money transfer would be refunded to me. He called the problem "commercial ground block."
