USP Express was paid $240 for shipping a puppy and $800 for a refundable crate rental. Shipper asked for another $400 to upgrade crate to First Class as all other crates were not available. I refused to pay more money and was told that I will be charged $100 / day for the care of the puppy which is also a scam operated by the same person. I found out that the Zelle account email of the puppy seller and the Zelle email account of the shipper is one person. It was explained to me that they were using one person for accounting. I paid a total of $1,640 to this transaction. $840 for the puppy including s/h + a refundable fee of $800 for the crate rental.
