Hello, I ordered a child passport from uspassportnow.com. (I thought I had went to the US post office website- which was my mistake. I had typed in the website the post office had given me, and didn't realize that their ad had popped-up in front of the official website. Later, I found out from our school that I was suppose to go to US post office to do this in person. I thought I was filling out the form to print with his info on it -- to take to the appointment. It would not let me print the form -- by that time I had put in my credit card and it was processed. After I got done I called the post office and our school and found out I had went to the wrong website--and I wasn't suppose to pay anything.

I am very concerned about this company having my child's social security # --I got Lifelock immediately on his SS # and I cancelled my credit card with in the hour because it had posted to my banking account.

It was on Nov 7, 2015. I still have not received a refund, and everytime I call I either can't get through or someone answers and tells me they will take care of it right away.

I know I am the "dumb" consumer here -- I just wondered if there is any way to post this company or put in some kind of review that would make this company get a red flag to other consumers.

Is there anything else that you suggest I do??? for his safety or SS# security. I realize I broke all the rules on what you do on the internet. I thought I was getting ready for an appointment.

They charged my card twice -- once for 79.00 and once for 80.00
