Looks like a legit passport document resource. I paid $147.95 and NEVER received the PDF paperwork they were supposed to send me. PLUS, I now know all that paperwork is available FREE through the local government office. I also learned they have several sites, names, business names, addresses, phone numbers, entities, email addresses (that don't even work).

This "company" is fraudulently promoting themselves as the actual government entity to obtain and renew passports. They ask you to get started with their "services" while hiding the fact that they do not actually have any partnership nor direct contact with the actual passport agency. They then take $90 under the guise of it being used for your passport. After sending in my passport , I was informed, via an email, it was rejected due to non payment!
They fraudulently market themselves and take advantage of others in a deceitful scheme to provide passport renewals.

This web site poses as the offical means of renewing your passport however they only collect your personal information and give you the same free application documents you download from the offical .gov site. I cant believe a .gov site would allow this to mimic such a high security process.

This "company" is fraudulently promoting themselves as the actual government entity to obtain and renew passports. They ask you to get started with their "services" while hiding the fact that they do not actually have any partnership nor direct contact with the actual passport agency. They then take $90 under the guise of it being used for your passport. After sending in my passport and being informed it was rejected due to nonpayment, this "company" informed me it was to write my information on a piece of paper and send it to me. After scouring their site they purposefully hide what they actually do which is next to nothing. Their fraudulent marketing is obviously used to take advantage of others in a deceitful theft scheme to provide to real no real transparency with passport renewals.

I needed to renew my passport, and when I googled "uspassport renewal online", this site was the very first one to pop up. I foolishly believed it was the official government site. I filled out a lot of personal information, INCLUDING my social security number, which I'm now scared about giving out, and even paid $90, thinking that this money was paying for my passport renewal. Little did I know, NONE of the $90 goes towards renewal. They just fill out FREE passport renewal forms, which from online research, I heard are sometimes fake and are rejected by the US government.

Today when I called their customer support phone number, it seemed fake. "All operators are busy, visit us at our website for customer service". When I emailed the given customer service email complaining, they immediately refunded $80, and said $10 was kept for administrative fees. Please get this website taken down. A lot of sensitive personal information was given to this company, and now I realize that they are a scam, and I'm genuinely scared that they might do something with my social security number.

Please help us keep our money and more importantly, sensitive personal information safe from this fake website. Thank you.

I was looking on line for information to get my passport. I went to thiswebsite and filled out the aperwork and they charged me $90 I gave them my name and social thinking it was what was necessary for my passport. I then printed the information and went to the Post Office to bring them my paper work. I told them that I had already pasy $90 twards the fee and they said that was a scam and that I couldnt use the paperwork that I got from the website and had tyo fill out paperwork with a black pen. So bassically I paid $90 for nothing .

+1

I paid $90.00 by credit card thinking I was getting a start on renewing my expired passport. Basically I paid for 6 pages of information from this company using the US Dept of State forms which I downloaded from their website. This company is scamming people. Unfortunately, they now have my very personal information which makes me very worried what they could do with that. I admit I should have been more careful. It is a hard lesson learned.
