Two days later he is contacted by text message from “usps” saying our package was undeliverable and we needed to pay a .30 cent redelivery fee to our address. I input my debit card info and address, I was sent a verification code from chase authorizing the use, then we receive the tracking number saying it will be redelivered and then the screen went to USPS home page automatically. I received an email from chasing authorizing my card being added to Apple Pay which I never authorized anywhere. Looking back at the original text sent to my husband the email was a scam, creepy how they automatically knew my phone number after inputting just the debit card info. This is one of many times now I have received USPS scam texts, this by far the most clever. I input the tracking into usps website and see it has not been scanned at the original post office yet. This scam originated when the label was created for this package. The photo on the left is the scam tracking page
