I got a message from usps impersonaters saying to update my address. I had just gotten my car registered so i was expecting mail. I filled out the form which gave them all the information they needed. My account was hacked into using my ssn and they tried to change my password. I was able to reset it back and turned on 2factor authentication, but they were still able to get into my account. They did several transactions for 1,999 to cashapp. I had fraud department on the line and was able to freeze my account, which stopped them from being able to log into my account using my ssn, but only after losing 15k of the 20k i had in my savings.
