Ordered 2 Stanley cups at a huge discount. Was emailed the order # and in that said "If you have any questions about your order or need to contact Factory Outlet Store, please click to view order details or visit our store." I did so and the it says immediately that the site can't be reached. It shows this we address. (www.compliment-cite.com.) I was able to track and it shows that it was delivered, but not to my address. I contacted them via email ([email protected]) and they said to wait a bit longer but assure that I would receive the package. It was ordered 6.13.23 and today is 7.24.23 with no items and no resolve to reimbursement.

I ordered 2 rings from Olivia Jewelry after seeing them on a Facebook ad. I waited for them to arrive longer than expected and then received an email saying that they had been delivered but they had not. I contacted support and they send me a tracking number and assured me that they were on the way but when I view the tracking information it just shows the labels have been printed but nothing has ever officially shipped. The support person keeps telling me that my refund is being processed. This has been going on for about a month now. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.

My sister received a text stating that usps tried to deliver a package but wasn’t able to and it had a link that opened to a usps tracking page and says that she needs to pay a $0.30 delivery fee. My sister was expecting some packages so she entered her information into the website but when she clicked submit it said that the card was invalid so she entered another card and it said the same thing that the card was invalid and that’s how they got her card info and they took everything out of one of her accounts but still waiting to find out if we were able to block and cancel the second card and account and that account has more money than the first one did

Order and paid for product and did not receive it

I made a purchase of 2 pairs of shoes through a HeyDudesUS ad on Facebook 6/25/23. Within placing the order, I immediately sent an email when I realized it was fake. I received a corresponding email saying they couldn't cancel if it was shipped already (span of 5 minutes after order placed) Money was deducted from my account that day. I have reached out several times and given a fake tracking number that went from China to California. My last 2 emails have gone without response and am reaching out to my bank to dispute the charges. The scammer basically just kept telling lies about where my "package" was.

Scammer sent tracking # for 3 items purchased online. It appears that items were being shipped from China. According to tracking log, item was delivered on 7/10/23 @ 12:00:00/At Mailbox **** **** ** *****. I was working outside in my yard and no items were delivered. On 7/10/23 a pair of sun glasses were packaged in a small envelope and delivered in my mailbox originated from Chicago which I never ordered. The note congratulated me on becoming their lucky customer. It also stated that my original order is still in transit and to contact them if there is any questions without giving an address or info.

As of now, the delivery status is delivered.

I got a text from USPS saying my package wasn’t delivered to to authorize a $0.03 transaction for redelivery. I put in my card info. And when I looked up the tracking info it said wasn’t delivered, it was somebody else’s package that was delivered to GA

I got a text message that said the following:

?????U.S.P.S - The package has arrived at the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information.Confirm your address at the link.

https://trackmypackagespot.us

(Copy the link to your Safari browser and open it)

I was then promoted to a website that had a tracking number that looked exactly like the USPS website and it asked for my address to see if I was eligible for informed delivery and it said I had to pay 30 cents to have my package redelivered. It asked for my credit card information and my phone automatically input it through autofill. I realized this was a scam.

I recieved a sms message claiming that I had incomplete address information on my package on three separate occasions, two of which occurred in the last two days. One had a clickable link and it directed me to the USPS website about a package redelivery. The first time this occurred, I wasn’t suspicious because the tracking on my package had said it got shipped back to the original facility. This time around, I got two sms messages from two separate icloud emails. I was slightly more suspicious because it wasn’t the same one that originally contacted me previously, and this time the tracking for my package says it is supposedly still on its way. Both links provided in the message I received weren’t clickable so I had to copy and paste them. All took me to the same website but the other times I submitted the information asked (when I believed everything was legit) the website took forever to load the third page. At that point I grew impatient and closed it out, but today I cooperated and waited for it to load. Minutes later, about 30-40, I received a message from my bank asking me to verify a purchase made off my card. That’s when I realized I fell for a scam. I searched Google for “USPS Redelivery verification code” to look for where I’d find it because it didn’t pop up in my email or as a message. I scrolled down a but and found results for “Smishing Scams”. I immediately called my bank and locked my current card, as well as requesting a new card.

Reporting a fake USPS website that reached out to my grandpa, the website looks very official and says that 'the package cannot be delivered and is being held at a USPS location' and when you go to enter your address it says they'll charge you $.30 for a redelivery which USPS does not do

This organization ("usps postal shop") posted an advertisement on Facebook which linked to their “usps postal shop” (https://www.usps-postal.shop/). The website impersonates the USPS Postal store- using all of the "bells and whistles" (logos, layout, stamp images, language) that the USPS Official website uses (https://store.usps.com/store/results/stamps/). This organization (“usps postal shop”) were selling USPS "Forever" stamps at a discount. I made a purchase online from a home PC - ordering the minimum number of stamps to take advantage of the discount. I paid for the purchase through my PayPal account (connected to my bank checking account). When I received acknowledgement of the purchase from PayPal I noticed that the Seller Information was listed as "The Postal Store co" and "[email protected]" - which indicated to me this was a scam organization (the USPS would never use a personal email address as their seller information). I immediately logged onto my PayPal account - changed my password and set up with PayPal a dispute of this transaction - that I was scammed by an organization that was impersonating the USPS Postal Store. Search of the web came up with several articles referring to these scams (see for example "How scammers are selling counterfeit stamps on Facebook ads" - *****************************************************************************). I also sent an email to the scammer's contact email ([email protected]) requesting that this transaction be canceled.
