Wants me to click a link to get a package that I supposedly owe $2.99 on that they've been trying to deliver. They say they're the post office but the actually email isn't the post office but @help.com. I've never heard of Parcel Alert (registered trademark) or the email "[email protected]". There is one link there but I won't click on it as the post office doesn't use my email address.

I placed an order in April and paid for standard shipping (I believe it was 3-5 business days.) After several weeks I reached out asking when my items would be shipped. I’ve been told repeatedly for two months now that my items would ship “next week.” I have had no explanations as to why my order has not shipped except for “high order volumes.” I was told by the company two weeks ago that my order would ABSOLUTELY be shipped by 6/28. When that didn’t happen I reached back out requesting either confirmation that my items have shipped or a refund. Their response was “it will ship next week.” I asked for a refund as I am tired of being told that same thing over and over every week, and they told me no. I told them I would be reporting them for fraud several times if I didn’t receive confirmation of shipping or a refund and they don’t seem to care.

Received a text message saying a package was undeliverable because it had the wrong address. I clicked the link and the page looked like the true USPS website. I was prompted to type in my mailing address, which I did. When I was told to enter my credit card number to pay $3 for the package to be redelivered I was suspicious.

- Galesburg, IL, USA

They sent me a text message saying a package cannot be delivered to me because my address was written wrong. The reason I believed it because I was expecting a package and I had just left the local post office.

- Point Roberts, WA, USA

Asked me to pay a fee for the United States Postal Service to reroute a package, when in fact the USPS never charges for rerouting. Asked for my address, full name, email, phone, and credit card information.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook for a motorized scooter at a fairly reasonable price and clicked on said ad. I decided hesitantly, to make a purchase with this unknown company. Paying extra for expedited shipping I waited almost a month checking the "tracking" info provided by Blevie which kept indicating the same position and/or status. Needless to say, I reached out to the company several times and they assured me that the product was on its way. Another month goes by and I checked the tracking and it indicated that the product had been delivered to my address, but in fact it had not! I reached out immediately to the company getting no response, at first, then the response I did get was a generic yes the product had been delivered. After going round and round with the company the responses from the company became fewer and fewer. Ultimately they stopped responding to my inquiry for a refund. So, I am without said product and have lost $80.00 dollars.

If you click the link it takes you to a fake usps page requesting personal info, name, address, DOB then wants a redelivery fee to be purchased to receive your item

Ordered two stanley’s and they never arrived.

- Charlotte, NC, USA

I ordered 2 jumpsuits in early April. When they did not arrive by mid-May I contacted the company via email. They responded that my items were shipped and gave a tracking number that seemed legit. After another month and still no package, the tracking number given was not legit according to the USPS. The company has not refunded me nor explained why they gave me a false tracking number.

The owner of Asheville Comics has an online website called hotshotcomics.com. There’s a link from his brick and mortar store Asheville Comics website to hotshots.com but the owner attempts to deny affiliation. I ordered comic books on 8/24/2022 for a total of $114.98 via AMEX through the on-line website Hotshotcomics.com. The promised delivery date was 24-28 weeks which was March-April 2023. As of 6/14/2023, he’s my order has not been delivered and my emails have gone on, answered and ignored. Two weeks ago, the Owner has been brought to all comic collectors attention as being a fraud who’s cheated hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars of undelivered orders.

I order a lot of packages online and also ship a lot through USPS. It seemed that the text was legit. They asked for $.30 for a redelivery fee due to an incomplete address. I wasn’t thinking and just paid it.

I ordered my husband a pair of shoes on May 28, 2023. I was supposed to get an email within 72 hours, which I never received. I paid $39.89 including shipping and still have not received my order. I attempted to contact the company, but was unable to find contact information. I have just filed my third dispute with my card.

It’s my fault—I didn’t look at the actual web address when I fell for it. An add popped up on Facebook for floral forever stamps—oddly, right after I put a stamp on a letter to mail (I didn’t say anything about it so I don’t know how my phone knew that I had just done that) After I got the email letting me know it had shipped I realized I had fallen for a scam. I did receive the product, but I am pretty sure they are counterfeit stamps since it wasn’t actually the USPS and my credit charge says Hong Kong

Order a sweatshirt online April 11th. Didnt hear anything for about a month. Emailed them and inquired about my order. The email responded back and asked for my order number. Emailed them back with the order number and never heard anything back. Then i went onto the website selfpotential.us and it was shut down. Emailed them again and told them i want my sweatshirt or i will file fraud charges. They emailed me back and asked if i filed fraud charges. I emailed them back and told them i want my sweatshirt or my money back.
