- Easley, SC, USA

I received a text message as follows- "[US Postal_Notice}Your package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. Please upload the correct address immediately: https://www.us-poj.us"

And upon clicking that website, everything looked legitimate but nothing was clickable except the boxes requesting information such as address and phone number.

- Tacoma, WA, USA

I got text from an Email account asking about a delivery and saying I needed to input information for a redelivery I thought it was for a Christmas gift I ordered and input my info for a text, then I noticed it was going to charge for redelivery and USPS does not do this. I looked it up and found out this Is a common scam.

THE TEXT SAID MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AT THE FULFILLMENT CENTER AND THEY NEEDED MORE INFORMATION SINCE THE ADDRESS DID NOT MATCH THE ZIP CODE. THERE WAS A LINK TO uspmerspt.info/bkgd. I WENT AHEAD AND WENT TO THE LINK. THERE THEY WANTED ADDRESS INFO AND THEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT INFORMATION SINCE THEY HAD TO CHARGE $3.00 TO REDELIVER THE PACKAGE. I DID NOT SUBMIT ANY INFORMATION. I ALSO CALLED MY LOCAL POST OFFICE TO MAKE SURE IT WAS A SCAM. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS THROUGH TEXT OR EMAILS.

Text said USPS was having trouble with my delivery address and needed a 3.00 redelivery charge with correct info and card number. Then my card was charged for several Verizon charges and Spirit airline charges.

Received a text from USPS stating that they need to redeliver my package due to a faulty zip code... then they asked for a receiver fee of $3. USPS does not charge a redelivery fee

Wanted 3 dollars and a credit card number. The link uspclocdtb.info/Dkrs Said there was a package at the transit center but are unable to proceed with delivery due to missing address details

Text takes you to a USPS Tracking site. Says a package cannot be delivered due to incomplete address. Ask for full address, full name. States redelivery will cost at least $3.00. Asks for credit or debit card info.

Unfortunately I clicked on the link and entered my address and then my card info before I thought to check the tracking number and realized it was wrong

Voice recording saying they are calling to confirm an order, press 1 to be connected to operator or call back the number that called you. I pressed 1 they were speaking in foreign language at first then asked for person information and when asked their company name they hung up.

Was asked to verify address and phone number for a redelivery for a package. Was then asked for credit card information to pay a $3 redelivery fee

Messaged me saying a package was trying to be delivered to me but the address was incorrect and since I have a lot of packages coming I didn’t think anything of it. They got my name and address and card info. I am so scared

USPS: We were unable to deliver your package because the address on the package label was incorrect. Please update online. uspupdtalb.info/FAQC

I received this text message and gave my information including address, email and telephone number. Then ask about my credit card information. Submitted card information, I received the message my card temporarily not able to use ..

Was sent a text stating “ USPS: We were unable to deliver your package because the address on the package label was incorrect. Please update online.” I figured it was the gift I had just ordered for my girlfriend so in a hurry I clicked the link and attempted to fix the problem. Once I realized what had happened I put a freeze on my card and thankfully didn’t lose anything

Sent a text message that it was the wrong house number and need the information for the house and was charging 3$ for redelivery fee

I was already waiting on a package delivery from DHL. The scammer reached out to me by text message saying “Your package could not be delivered due to wrong house number, please check and fill in the address for re-deliver:” and re-rerouted me to a fake usps page. I included my first name, last name, address and phone number. Then I clicked continue. The next page asked for credit card information for a $3 redelivery fee. I did not pay that. It was odd because the page looked just like the usps page, but clicking on the menu bar, logo or quick links at the bottom, didn’t actually work. So that seemed suspicious.

I received this text message with a scam link requesting personal information. I did click on the link, however i did not add any personal information to it. I rushed to check the legitimacy of the tracking number, US9214551183212.

It does appear as this is not an operable tracking number.

I received the text message Nov 10, 2022 from +1 914-531-6516. The link requesting personal information through, https://uspv.one.

The text message says-

US P-During your delivery process, the delivery was suspended because the delivery address could not be found, please updated online.https://uspv.one

On Facebook I saw an add that claimed to be the USPS. It stated that several items each year are not delivered due to several circumstances and that after so long the post office is allowed to offer these products for a dollar to the public. It had several comments of people sharing how they felt it was a scam but received thier product. Claiming to have received several boxed items from the post office. So I thought well it’s a dollar I’ll try it out. So I filled out the information and put in a bank debit (that only had 3 or 4 bucks on it. And submitted. Then a couple days later I got a text on my cell with a link saying my package had been given to the carrier but needed my verification of address. Then after I clicked link and put in my address it then asked me to verify my card info. I did not do so and didn’t go any further. I’m sure they were using that to get whatever they could steal! I really just went through the motions to see how far it would go. I hate for someone unsuspecting to be taken by someone. Oh and when it wanted a card verification at the bottom of the screen it had the best electronic store.com on it lol. Hope y’all catch these crooks. If I’m wrong I apologize but I don’t think I am. Take care.

Said I had a package that couldn’t be delivered. And asked for a redeliver fee of $2.50. I paid it with the link. Then a few weeks later I had 3 unauthorized Uber charges. $7.26, and the other two around $20 dollars
