I received a text message stating that my package was damaged during the delivery process, making it impossible to deliver my parcel to the specified location. To insure immediate delivery, please update my information within 6 hours. Once my details are verified, their staff with promptly re-ship my parcel.

Text message recieved saying my package could not be delivered due to incorrect address information. Please reply “y” and then click the link to update your information.

** there is a +68 in front of the phone number. Seems like Brazil.

The text says: "USPS: We've tried to deliver your package, but it's on hold due to an incorrect address. Please update the address using this link: http://bit.ly/4elgGeF?mF=rVt9TfT3

Thank you for your assistance. Have an outstanding day from the USPS team."

Then after filling out the information online, I was asked for a re-delivery fee charge with a lump sum of $0.23 on the next page.
