The message states: "Your package has been returned to the forwarding center due to an incorrect address. Click https://s.id/1tzCx to update so we can reschedule the delivery."
I clicked the link and was taken to a USPS page asking for my address to confirm if I was eligible for re-delivery. I have had to schedule redelivery before and this is a legitimate step. I also clicked around on the website to determine if this was truly the USPS website (the menu and other site links seemed to work appropriately), and to try and find more information about the order needing delivery.
After putting in my address, I was asked for my card information, as re-delivery was a $0.99 charge. This was unfamiliar, but honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if they started charging for re-delivery. After entering my card number--like a dumb-dumb--it confirmed my re-delivery was scheduled.
I have not yet received a charge to my card (which I will be replacing) and my malware scanner has not detected any issues yet.
