The potential scammer contacted me on my cell phone. They stated that a package has arrived at the warehouse of USPS and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. Ask me to confirm my address in the link within 12 hours. the link was (Https:/usishd.co). Then they ask me to please reply to Y, then exit the SMS , open the SMS activation link again or copy the link to Safari browser and open it.

The mobile text asked for my name, address, phone number and debit info saying that they were with USPS and that my package was held up because they wanted .25 before they would mail to the correct address. They wanted my debit card number

Old address was given and new address was done online. I checked my bank account a few minutes after and a charge of $179.95 was charged to my account made by USchange Mail ADDR844-3784894 DE. I assume this is a scam as I know this not how much it cost! Please handle this so that funds can be returned to me

I was on what I thought was a legit USPS site that I submitted an address change and was originally charged $1.10 and then later on was charged $179.95 for a service I did not request. I did attempt to contact the company with no response as of yet, but I want to report them as fraud in case my bank cannot do anything about the situation. I have not called my bank yet, but I plan to do so.

I received a text message saying that the USPS was having issues delivering a package to my address due to the address being incorrect. It asked me to verify my mailing address and then wanted me to enter my credit card information to pay a $3.00 charge to have the package redelivered to the correct address. I didn’t provide any credit card information.

- Topeka, KS, USA

A company listed as "INET CAR CARE" used the USPS change of address to use my address on their company. (I am not affiliated with their company.) This is now the second move I've made where I received a change of address for INET CAR CARE to change their address to my new address. It hasn't cost me anything that I'm aware of but for some reason they keep tying this "INET CAR CARE" to me and my address. I reported it to the USPS and am now reporting it to you.

- Madison, WI, USA

The text message claimed that the carrier was unable to deliver a package due to an incomplete address. A link was provided that led to usps.com and requested a mailing address and email address, and then on the following page requested card information in order to pay a $3 "redelivery fee." No other information was requested, and no money has been removed from my account as of yet (four hours after the incident.)

They scammer charged me for redelivery fee

I was to recieve a package it says my delivery address was messed up it has happened before so I put my info in and it asked for card for a redilevey fee

Scammer emailed requested funds to redeliver packages under the guise of US Postal Service. Senders email address is not an authentic us.gov address, and scammer appears to ultimately be located in Brazil.

New free gift just pay handling ....to them taking more money off my card than I agreed to pay and the never sent my gift and said I entered in a lifetime sweepstakes... upon asking for my money back they said 3/10 business days its been almost 30 no return

I was trying to change my address with USPS.com and ended up doing it on a website that looked identical to the real website. This Scam Site then charged my bank account 79.92$.
