I ordered birth certificates from Milwaukee County thru their online portal, www.vitalcheck.com . A few days later I received a text message saying the certificates were undeliverable and being held in a USPS warehouse because of “incomplete address”. I was instructed to click on or copy and paste a url into a browser within 12 hours to, presumably, remedy the situation: I considered doing so - I really, really did - but then talked myself out of it. (The site www.vitalcheck.com no longer exists)
