USTA Protection Plan is the company identified in the email confirmation of an order for a $197 item conf US7855. 202-738-4602 phone number rings busy. I think USTA is US Tennis Assoc. It has a ScamPulse.com logo and rating of A+ in the email. Name is Nick Broussard, but email address is gmail... [email protected]. Going to check with credit card companies to verify no new charges.

I received an email from "Jean Valme " Thanking me for my order. The logo on the email shows USTA.

The body of the email indicates the charges along with an order number and the phone number to call the company.

Charges: $216.00 including shipping, Order number: 7HUGYY, phone number to contact: 917 740 6963 .

No indication of any credit card number or last 4 digits of any credit card.

I searched each of my CC statements and see no activity from this company or in that dollar amount.

I phone the number listed: 917 740 6963 and waiting in the queue for at least 15 minutes. When someone finally came on the line, it was very difficult to hear them as there was a tremendous amount of background noise.

I told them I had not ordered anything from them and do not have any subscription with them.

They attempted to use leading language to get me to indicate I wanted to cancel my subscription. I kept responding that I do not have a subscription. I provided them the order number from the email: 7HUGYY.

The person on the phone indicated they would assist me with cancelling the subscription. I repeated again that I did not ever have a subscription.

They then wanted me to tell them what browser I use. I told them they did not need to know what browser I used.

The person then explained that he needed to me open the browser so he could send me a code in order to cancel the subscription.

I told him I do not need to open a browser and that he needed to cancel whatever subscription he sees on his end.

He then hung up.

Received a similar email as you all saying I had been billed for $235 from Usta. I called the number and an Indian guy said something about computer software . I told him it was a scam and hung up. These people are trash. It’s disgusting .

I received an email from USTA telling me my order was delivered on May 27, 2021 and the charge for the software would be $216.00. When I spoke with someone they said when I purchased my computer I was given a free service from USTA and after a time period I would be receiving charges yearly for $216 for their services. I told them I purchased the computer 5 years ago and was never charged any fee and they had the wrong person how could I cancel this charge and the gentleman started to tell me go to my microsoft symbol punch in the following information as he tells me and I will get a code, etc. Now I am sure this is a scam, when I looked up the mailing address in Portand Oregan it was a shopping mall and the only computer software store in it was Apple who has been calling me over the phone for me to pay them to help with my Apple computer which I do not have. I stopped answering these phishing calls and now they are emailing me with ohony charges. They also have a ScamPulse.com A+ rating by their name which is why I am emailing.

I just received an email with a fraudulent invoice saying if you to make any changes to the order (of course no order made!!!) call with questions. I immediately went online and of course it is a know scam. Just wanted you to be aware (forewarned and all that) so sending this so you will recognize it and not respond or worry that you’ve been charged. You can look it up its everywhere including the BBB. Again USTA is the fraudulent company and the email show they are A+ rated with the ScamPulse.com that is a fraud as well. Hope this was helpful. Here is a ScamPulse.com link that addresses the issue. Do not click any part of this or any unrecognized transaction emails.

This email states I had a ordered coming of $235.00 when I called he wanted to log into my computer to cancel the order of course I didn't let him. On the email it states A+ ScamPulse.com using your logo to make it look like a real email. He ended hanging up after he realized I wasn't letting him into my computer. When I gave him the order number he couldn't tell me what was on the order.

I received an invoice from USTA for $212 in my email. I have never dealt with this company. Called number on invoice. Got someone who said I had previously used this service. NOT CORRECT. I asked for information on the account number on the invoice. I never gave the number but the person hung up! I did not give any personal information.

I received an email thanking me for an order. it provided a reference number and said I purchased an item for $219.00. The email also indicated they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. I called 917-740-6963. They indicated the charge was for an automatic renewal of technical support for my laptop. I told them i did not want it, did not authorize it and did not have a subscription. They wanted me to log into my computer to create a cancellation notification. When I questioned this, asked what credit card number this was charged to and who I could speak to regarding a different method of cancellation as I was not going to use my computer, the man hung up.

They say you purchased computer security service 3 years ago and it will expire - want you to buy/renew....I told the clown from India that I was just diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and have less than six months to live and he still wanted to continue the the scam to the purchase and gathering of my information. Utter [censored] of the Earth.

I received an email that my order was processed and billed 234.00. The email said I had 24 hours to modify or cancel the transaction made on that date. It gave a reference number and a phone number to call. After calling the number, he claimed to be a tech company that I had subscribed to for internet and online protection for my computer. I spoke with a man named Gary. He said I would have to download TechViewer to cancel the subscription and get a identification number and password. I immediately told him I wanted the subscription cancelled or I would notify the BBB.

Beware it looks legit with the ScamPulse.com logo at the bottom of the email. It made it into my inbox not spam.

This person contacted my email thanking me for my purchase from the reputable USTA. They sent a reference number and told me items purchased can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the order (which was for 201.00 plus 10.00 shipping and 5.00 tax) ! They used the reputable USTA as their company and put a ScamPulse.com rating logo on the email as A+. Of course they sent a phone number for me to call to refute this order. I, of course did not call.

Received email from Ricky ********* (************************* stating Your order is confirmed.

I knew I had not placed any order and the email was lacking any actual information other than at the bottom it showes ScamPulse.com A+ Rating with the Terrytown, NY ScamPulse.com address.

I searched the phone number ************ and it comes up as

************ / ********** • Washington, Washington, DC Got ... ************************************** Apr 28, 2021 · Received unwanted call from ************? City: Washington State: Washington, DC Operator: Cellco *********** *** ******* ******** • This number has 1 report and it was searched 10 times. • If you think this number ********** is a unrecognized caller or simply interrupts you, leave comment to others!

I received an email from this company stating that there had been a charge to my account. There was a name of Edith Gore on the subject heading, and a phone number to call. Upon some research other people have received this email as well. This is a scam to get you to call and then provide computer information.

I received an email confirming my purchase of $216.00 which I never made and to call the number listed above.

I received an email this morning saying I paid $234 for something I called them and the guy said oh I’ll take you off your list you didn’t order this I said no he said it was for a computer software protection should I do you have a computer take me off your list I said what is this a scam he said if it was a scam I would’ve taken all your money he was an Indian guy
