Ustarcash.com gave different address, phone number and want me to pay 249.00 insurance fee up front through walmart. Before I can get the loan plus the 249.00 back

I was looking for financial assistance online and applied at different sources. I received a phone call from Austin Bell of UStarCash about a loan I'd apply for. We discussed payment arrangements and seemed everything was on track. Then he told me I needed to send a money gram from Walmart of $330 to cover insurance if I was unable to make my payments and he redirected my call to another rep with insurance and said to money gram $330 to Erica William.i was on the phone with this rep entire time of transaction was told they would be back in touch as soon as they were ready to deposit funds. Yes I believed her. I did it and came home. Not hearing anything I called them back and was told they were having troubles depositing my loan. Said I needed a certificate as it was an out of state loan and said other things I needed to send another $799 to have this done. I questioned everything about it but sent them the money.this conversation was with Kevin. The name on this money gram was to Bruce Duda. The next day I'm told I need to send another $650 I said no way. This is wrong if I had the money I wouldn't be asking for a loan. They lowered it to $400 it was because my middle initial was not on the money gram which it was but not on the register print out. This conversation was also with Kevin. He would continue to call and ask when I was sending the transaction. I told them I wasn't and wanted all my funds sent back to me. I ended up getting sick over this. Had EMTs helping me with oxygen. 2 days have passed and they called today and I told them I'm not sending any more money I never should have in first place. Could not get no response out of him at all. I informed him I would be reporting them and again no response I just want my money back!!
