They took $10000.00 from my Visa card . Talk me into taking $42000.00 from savings Buy target gift cards

November 15, 2021

I received an email for two year support $199.99 instructing me to call before November 16, 2021 or my membership will be renewed automatically. I did not authorize this. I know nothing about any subscription. I called the number in the email to tell them not to withdraw that I want this cancelled. The guy asked me what time it was in SA, TX I said 5:20pm he said I could cancel tomorrow. To call when I wake up in the morning. ???!!!

I received an email allegedly from USTechSupport in the form an of an invoice stating that my Two Year Support membership with them was being renewed in the amount of $199.99 and that I needed to call by the next day if I didn't want to continue my membership. Well, I know I didn't have this so I called to say I wanted to verify that I did not have a membership with them. He said in order to cancel the membership I had to be in front of my computer to connect with their tech support. I told him "This sounds like a scam, I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau." To which he practically yelled, "Oh my God, don't call them!" and hung up on me.
