Ordered shoes the product delivered was not what I ordered. I emailed the and they have responded with several different offer combinations of a small percentage off on my next purchase and return the products or keep them for a smaller discount. I asked them to tell me if the actually had the products I paid for and they will not answer the question , they continue to make different offers saying they don’t want me to lose more money. I also asked for a direct phone number to which they replied that the company is international and offered another deal. I have the email correspondence ti back up my concerns. I just want a refund. They ( Miya and One ) say they are only authorized to offer what they have offered. The does sent are only similar and the same colors.
