Posing as a QVC Clearance company, Utesome.com was selling JVC Boombox 3 wireless bluetooth speakers for $19.98 (buy 2 for $34.98). They advertised on Facebook and claimed it was the last day for this sale as only a few hundred were left in stock. I ordered 2. I immediately got an order confirmation, then 14 hours later I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number was bogus. I sent a message via their website to reconfirm the tracking number but got no response. I waited for the delivery date but nothing came. I tried unsuccessfully to reach the company via email, website help ticket, and phone. No one ever got back to me. Several days later their store (hosted on Shopify) was closed and all traces of the company had disappeared. I had to file a chargeback with PayPal to get my money back.
