Left a voicemail to call back the number on my caller id so I don’t lose my 40% discount on my bill. I don’t have spectrum.

June 10, 2024 at 16:00 I've got a voicemail message from 856-592-1120. The sender informs me, that Spectrum is removing the 40% discount offer on my monthly bill. To reactivate this offer right now I was recommended to call back.This is not the first message about the same discount from Spectrum, although I am not a Spectrum client.

I received a call from Spectrum saying my 12-month promotion is ending. I called back using the number I had and then offered a new promotion where I could get 50% off the bill if I use a Target giftcard if I pay for the full year.

I am out $600.

Here is the problem and why I think spectrum is responsible and should return my $600 - these guys hacked into my account via the spectrum system, knew my account details and was able to make a payment using my credit card on the spectrum system. They knew my address and all the other details. Spectrum allowed them to hack my account!

He was very professional. He told me I would be disconnected if I didn’t make a payment. He game his name ( James smith) and verified my address and asked for my birthday. He game me a confirmation number. Horrible people

Cxalled stating they were from Edison going to shut off water if did not pay 495 within hour and contact financial assistance at 8557662473 told them we get all our services from Anaheim Utilities and hung up

(Bad connection) Service is being disconnected in 40 minutes, were you aware? Have not processed a payment. Can we confirm the service address? What was the amount for May? For June? Let me look for those. We found those payments but they went to the refund department due to the auto-pay expiration. Those were not applied to your account and are being sent back to you now. Your payment is still over due by (May + June), but we can lower that to (May+June * 0.75) if you can make a payment today. Payments are not accepted over debit, credit or ACH because they take 24-48 hours to process. We do accept Zelle. Please use "SDGE Company" as the recipient and wait a second, I can give you your account number for the phone number... (number that is not the account number).
